Putting the argument to rest - FINALLY!

This site is dedicated to the ongoing debate in the online Real Estate Community about "forced registration" which by definition is:

"The process by which a website owner requires a visitor to provide personal details (name, phone, email) before being granted access to listing inventory." 

Both sides (Pro / Con) have been very vocal for quite some time about the process, each arguing that their side produces more "valid" leads. It's time to put this puppy to bed.
